Bookings and consultations

Submitting the booking form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you by email or phone to confirm your date, time, pricing and any deposit required. Final designs, placement and pricing are agreed in person or by direct message before your appointment.

Deposits and cancellations

Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot, which will be communicated to you when your booking is confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.

Age and consent

Clients must be of legal age in their jurisdiction to receive a tattoo, or have valid parental/guardian consent where local law permits. Valid photo ID may be required at your appointment.

Health disclosures

You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin conditions that may affect your tattoo or healing process before your appointment.

Aftercare

We will provide aftercare instructions following your session. Following aftercare guidance is your responsibility, and results (including healing and color retention) can vary based on how well aftercare is followed.

Limitation of liability

While we take every precaution for safety and hygiene, tattooing carries inherent risks. By booking an appointment you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow the guidance provided by our artists.
